Green Christmas for Rockefeller Center

Looks like the owners of New York’s Rockefeller Center are taking some impressive steps to lower the energy consumption of the historical complex.

Steps include installing what is arguably the largest solar roof top installation in New York City as well as replacing the lights on their giant Christmas tree with LED bulbs that consume a third of the power.

I wish more NYC landlords would do this.
